• At this time, ClearlyPets ships merchandise to locations within the United States and U.S. territories, including Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, and the US Virgin Islands. Additionally, ClearlyPets ships merchandise to Canada and Mexico.  The risk of loss and title for all merchandise ordered on this Web site pass to you when the merchandise is delivered to the shipping carrier.

  We ship direct from the manufacturer which is how we keep our prices low. Shipping times varies
  depending on where the item is shipping from. Standard shipping can take from 4-15 days. Upgraded
  shipping takes from 4-10 days.

  Returns Policy
  
  You can cancel your order anytime before it ships. Once the order has been shipped it cannot be 
  cancelled. You must contact sales@clearlypets.comsales@clearlypets.com to setup a return 
  authorization, otherwise the return will not be accepted. Items should be returned in their original 
  packaging.  Returns are considered within 7 days of delivery.
